Reduces Build up - Engineered with exact tolerances, Blue Glass does not have a surface coating, as the glass beads in PRI film support the printed substrate. The glass beads do not absorb any ink or solvent whereas silicone coatings break down after a period of time and may create other issues.
Long lasting - Benefiting from excellent recovery, the uniformity of the Blue Glass surface provides even support across the entire substrate which means that cleaning the surface is normally easier and less frequent.
Easy Installation - Simple clamping and flexible backing means no need for packing and no problems with kinks.

The Blue Glass Film used on the surface of the converted Jacket is also available as a high quality washable ICP film, ideal fo many other press types.
The microscopic glass beads are fused to the backing film leaving only the top 1/3 of the bead above the surface. This, combined with smoother valleys between the beads reduces the tendency to pick up ink and allow for easier cleaning without bead damage.
