Pictured here is one of our recent CyanX installations. This is the first Harris & Bruno ZRW duplex coater with IR and UV drying in the UK.
The installation and commissioning were spread over a month to allow HP to complete the installation with equipment after the coater.
Impressing with its high speed performance and quality coating output, the modular ZRW works either in line with most major digital inkjet web presses, or near line with unwind and rewind. It promises flawless application of aqueous coatings, UV coatings, and primers.
The easy to use machine is fully automated and can be set up quickly from the intuitive user interface, which also stores repeat jobs for quick save and recall (up to 50 jobs can be saved to memory).
The ZRW is outstanding at increasing productivity and features a quick change sleeve system for both anilox and applicator rolls, which allows for job changes in minutes, and wash up between coating chemistries is carried out automatically at the touch of a button.
