Alcoprint 400
Setting a new standard, in 1997 Unisensor introduced the first isopropanol (IPA) control system for offset printing based on infra-red absorption. The Alcoprint 4000 can be retrofitted to most fount solution systems.
Silcoprint 4000
In web offset printing (heatset), the paper is coated with a protective and wetting silicon emulsion after drying and before any subsequent operations. This process allows for high quality printed products at high speeds and on wide webs.
Optoscan 150
The Optoscan 150 is the only system that allows for exact measurement and control of the additive concentration in printing – with or without alcohol. This process ensures constant additive concentration despite fluctuations in the operation of the printing press including colour matching, paper quality and printing speed.
