The client reported problems with its Exatronic CAN powder spray unit on a Heidelberg SM74.
At CyanX, we have the full selection of Grafix refurbished electronic control boxes to suit all software versions on most Heidelberg presses, as well as for presses from other manufacturers.
CyanX has been working for more than 35 years with this equipment and in that time we have identified all the electronic components which fail on the PCB. These are all replaced during the ‘blanket repair’, so we can say this is a refurbished unit.
The original e-boxes are now obsolete but by offering a service/exchange service, we hope to keep offering these until we can no longer source the electronic parts to make the repair.
