All the electronic control boxes for Grafix powder spray units using powder metering sensors are now unavailable since some components have become unavailable.
At CyanX we have the full selection of refurbished electronic control boxes to suit all software versions on Heidelberg presses.
While installing, maintaining and working with the control boxes, we identified all the electronic components that could possible fail on the PCB and replace them during the refurbishment. We supply these on a service exchange basis to keep the supply available to all.
The official factory route is as follows. We offer to convert the original automatic powder spray unit to a manually operated version using a basic e-box or offer a completely new generation PowderMax powder spray unit.
The conversion includes a manual dosage gap system and a new basic style control box.
